Fitness
• Strength Training: Build lean muscle without bulking, and boost your metabolism. This is not your typical weight lifting program. I mix it up with different routines so you’ll never get bored and customize the areas worked to sculpt your body.
• Flexibility Training: Increase flexibility and improve range of motion. This is the best insurance to avoid injury. My trainer assisted stretching is one of the top reasons why people work out with me!
• Workouts for home: Customized workouts that can be done in the privacy of your home...with or without equipment! Creative and efficient for days when you can’t get to the gym!
• Express Workouts: Great for the time crunched, since these workouts can be done in under 30 minutes at home or in the gym! Especially great for fat burning and building lean muscle.
• Body Part Blast: Achieve a leaner, tighter or more defined look to whatever body part is bothering you. My favorite is the tricep- to get rid of the arm jiggle!
• Lean Legs: Create stronger, leaner legs with more definition, less cellulite and fat. Lose inches within weeks.
• Flat Abs: Develop a stronger "core" for a flatter, leaner and stronger stomach. This program is also the best way to combat a bad back by creating a strong stomach. The bonus -- your waist will also shrink.
• Body Bar workouts: Get strong, defined and burn fat with this fitness tool that is an alternative to free weights. It’s also very portable – one bar does it all!
• Pre-Natal: Feel stronger and healthier before baby arrives! This workout can be done right up to your delivery date! This makes getting back into shape after delivery a breeze.

• Post Natal: Get back into pre-pregnancy shape in no time at all. The best results are usually seen in this time period because my clients are more determined than ever -- this workout will do it!
• Kids Fitness: Very effective for weight loss and overall conditioning. It will also help reduce injury (from doing too strenuous or the wrong kind of exercise) and help them excel at sports. It also improves self esteem and is lots of fun!
